As well as being a hotel, the Oswalderhof is also a family-run farm with its own cows, calves, and pigs. We produce our own cheese in our cheese dairy, which you can enjoy with your evening meal if you wish.

Our rooms will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you will arrive after 5 p.m., please let us know in advance. On your day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m.

We serve Tyrolean delicacies made from regional products. Many of the ingredients used come from our garden, our farm, and our cheese dairy. Our rooms can be booked either with breakfast only or including half board.

For our half board, we primarily use products from our own farm, such as milk, yoghurt, meat, speck bacon, homemade sausages, herbs, and cheese from our own cheese dairy, as well as products such as bread, vegetables, game, and much more from suppliers in the surrounding area.

We regret that dogs are not allowed in our hotel in Obertilliach.

For children, the nature around our hotel offers the most wonderful, exciting playground. But for those looking for a “proper” playground with a wide variety of fun equipment, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the public playground. Of course, we also offer discounts on the room rate for children. To find out more, please contact us directly

Please note that we charge an additional €10.00 per person for short stays (one night). There is no extra fee from two nights.

So that we can cater to your dietary needs, please inform us in advance of any food intolerances you might have.

We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in outside areas.

The local tax for the Osttirol region is €2.00 per day and person.

There are plenty of free parking spaces for our guests. There is also a motorbike parking area as well as bicycle parking spaces.

Rates are per person and night excluding local taxes of €2.00 per day and person. The single supplement is €20.00 per day in a double room.

Farmer Hans will be happy to show you around our stable and tell you about farm life. Our farm is home to cows, calves, and pigs.

Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday and understand that we will charge the following cancellation fees for your booking:

• For cancellations up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee is charged.
• For cancellations from 30 days prior to your arrival date, 80% of the booking price is charged. This also applies to last-minute bookings where free cancellation is no longer possible.
• For cancellations on the arrival date, the entire stay is charged as booked.
• For late arrival or early departure, all booked nights are charged as per the booking confirmation.

We have a total of 11 cosy rooms and a holiday apartment. Please note that you can book specific room categories but not a specific room number or floor. Of course, whenever possible we will do our best to meet any room requests you might have. All our rooms are individually furnished and feature different arrangements and equipment.
