We think that regional is wonderful, and the best thing is that there are some real wonders right on the doorstep of our accommodation in Obertilliach. As well as our small hotel, we also run a farm and cheese dairy, where guests can discover in person how the cheese is made that is served on their tables in the evening. Thanks to our own vegetable garden and farm, many of the products that we serve truly are zero-kilometre products.
